ETSI issues new spec and reports on next-generation IP protocols for 5G services

European ICT standards body ETSI announced that its Next Generation Protocol group has released a new specification and reports to optimise the performance, efficiency and scalability of new services proposed for 5G such as network slicing or ultra-reliable low latency communication (URLLC).
