ETSI publishes updated cyber defence technical reports

The European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) has updated its five-part international compendium of Technical Reports to protect networks from cyber attacks. Based on Centre for Internet Security (CIS) Controls and related materials, the "Critical Security Controls for Effective Cyber Defence" reports describe the prioritised set of actions that collectively form a defence-in-depth set of best practices to mitigate the most common attacks against systems and networks.
