Eurofiber partners with TTN on IoT network in Utrecht

Thursday 24 March 2016 | 16:26 CET | News
Eurofiber is working with the The Things Network (TTN) to set up an IoT network in Utrecht. TTN has already rolled out a network based on LoraWAN technology in a number of Dutch cities, after raising funds through crowdfunding. TTN will work with Eurofiber to place a number of gateways in Utrecht, which should support a range of smart city services. Eurofiber said it supports the open character of The Things Network, which is expected to lead to more innovation in applications. The first gateways should be in place at the end of this month.
