European artificial intelligence market to grow 38% annually until 2022 - study

The European market for artificial intelligence technology will grow from around EUR 3 billion in 2019 to EUR 10 billion in 2022, an average annual growth of 38 percent, according to a study of the European Information Technology Observatory in cooperation with the German digital association Bitkom. In particular, spending on related server and storage space is forecast to grow 24 percent per year, while AI software sales are project to increase 45 percent and services by 47 percent.
