European Commission agrees to pricing regulation about Polish MVOs

Polish regulator UKE said that the European Commission has not objected to the decision from the watchdog about the call termination rates of the five Polish MVOs. The regulator said the five MVOs have a dominant market position on their networks. UKEis still awaiting an opinion on the matter from the national competition watchdog.
