Eurosport chases world record with 24 Hours of Le Mans race

Eurosport announced that it will show 38 hours of original programming in the lead up to, and during, the 24 hours of Le Mans sports car race, which will be broadcast from France to over 100 markets and territories across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. For the German market, the broadcaster aims to break the world record for the longest live coverage of a single sporting event, running continuously for 26-and-a-half hours from Saturday 16 through to Sunday 17 June.
