Eutelsat raises div by 10%, guides for stable FY results

Satellite operator Eutelsat raised its full year dividend by 10 percent to EUR 1.21 per share, boosted by the company's strong free cash flow generation and results in line or above expectations. CEO Rodolphe Belmer said the company is on track to achieve top-line stability in full-year 2017-2018, with a return to slight growth after that. The EBITDA for 2017-18 is expected to go above 76 percent, helped by the company's cost-savings plan, with the target raised to over 77 percent for 2018-19 and beyond.
