Evotel instals aerial fibre in Welkom

Monday 26 April 2021 | 10:10 CET | News
South African fibre network operator,  Evotel is contributing to the Welkom economy by employing local sub-contractors and labourers to build its fibre network in the town and surrounding areas. It is installing aerial fibre in the town in an upgrade to the traditional copper cable DSL services, to provide reliable and fast internet access to residents. Unlike trenched lines, aerial fibre installation is much quicker and is also easier to service and repair if needed.
