EWII takes minority stake in electric vehicle maker Noorenz

Danish regional electricity and broadband provider EWII said that its EWII Mobility subsidiary has invested in Noorenz of the Netherlands, which provides compact electric vehicles under the Stint Urban Mobility brand. The investment takes the form of a merger of EWII Mobility's activities and those of the Dutch firm. EWII becomes a minority shareholder in Noorenz and will have a seat on its board, but Edwin Renzen will continue to lead it.
