Swiss online retailer Ex Libris plans to enter the video streaming business, cetoday.ch reports. The IT department is currently collaborating with an external company, which is responsible for the technical implementation. The offer is due to be available across all devices including Smart TVs. Ex Libris wants mainly to offer films that have not been released on DVD or Blueray for rental or sale. The VoD plans are part of a general restructuring of the company, which has had decreasing revenues for years.
