Extreme Networks loses CRO amid lower-than-expected Q3

Extreme Networks said preliminary third quarter results came in lower than guidance and that chief revenue officer Jeff White was no longer with the company. The company is looking for a new successor. Revenues reached USD 117-119 million, lower than the guidance of USD 129-139 million. Non-GAAP revenues reached USD 118-120 million, compared to the guidance of USD 130-140 million, while the gross margin went to 48.6-49.7 percent from the guided 51-52 percent. The net loss per diluted share went to USD 0.24-0.23 from the guided loss of 0.20-0.14. Extreme said it hit challenges in the quarter,
