Extreme Networks quarterly revenue up 6%, less than expected

Wednesday 29 January 2020 | 14:50 CET | News
Extreme Networks reported revenue of USD 267.5 million in the second quarter of its fiscal year, up 6 percent year-over-year and up 5 percent quarter-over-quarter. Quarterly revenue fell short of guidance expectations owing to weakness in US public sector and Asia Pacific, the company said. As a result, the company lowered its target for the adjusted operating margin to 12-13 percent by the end of the fiscal year and the 15 percent target won't be reached until the second half of calendar 2020.
