Ezetap unveils mPOS device

India-based mPOS services provider Ezetap has launched a mobile point-of-sale device. Available for around INR 2,900, the Ezetap device will include a card reader that can be plugged into any smart device or feature phone used by a retailer. Customers need to swipe their cards on the mobile to complete the transaction. Ezetap expects to sell over 1 million mPOS devices over the next two years, The Economic Times reports, citing Ezetap co-founder Abhijit Bose.
