F2i to meet with TI, Vodafone over Metroweb stake - report

The CEO of Italian infrastructure fund F2i, Renato Ravanelli, is to meet with Telecom Italia and Vodafone representatives over the next week before deciding whether or not to sell a controlling stake in broadband provider Metroweb, reports Corriere della Sera. F2i currently owns a 53.8 percent stake in Metroweb's holding company Metroweb Italia and, according to the report, Ravanelli wants to decide whether to sell the entire asset or a part of it by the end of the first quarter of 2015. The F2i CEO is set to meet Telecom Italia CEO Marco Patuano on 08 January before meeting with Vodafone
