F5 to return USD 1 billion to investors, among other goals

F5 Networks said it will be presenting new long-term targets and talking about returing to investors during its upcoming analyst and investor meeting for 18 November. F5 said its software transformation was well ahead of schedule, that it was growing its recurring revenue base and that it expects to deliver attractive shareholder returns, including a commitment to double-digit adjusted growth for earnings per share. This growth will be faster than adjusted operating expenses, CEO Francois Locoh-Donou said.
