Facebook client satisfaction plummets in US - study

The satisfaction of US consumers with social media has stayed broadly flat so far this year at 72 out of 100 after dropping in 2018, according to a survey from the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). However, social media is still one of the lowest-performing categories in the index, lingering in the bottom six among 46 ACSI-measured industries, especially now that Americans are becoming more attuned to issues surrounding data privacy, said the researcher.
