Fastweb to move mobile network to Telecom Italia - report

Italian broadband operator Fastweb is preparing to become a full MVNO, moving its mobile network from 3 Italia to Telecom Italia, reports business daily Il Sole 24 Ore. The move will allow Fastweb to launch more advanced and varied services at more competitive prices, said the report, adding that that the operator has submitted a request to the economic ministry to switch networks, a process that is likely to take several months.
