FBN Nigeria launches chat banking on WhatsApp for customer service

The First Bank of Nigeria has launched Chat Banking on WhatsApp to make contact and services easier for customers. CEO Adesola Adeduntan reiterated the bank's commitment to utilise evolving technology for the delivery of easy banking services and products.
