FCC appoints Jordan as chief technology officer

FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler has announced the appointment of Scott Jordan as chief technology officer. Jordan succeeds Henning Schulzrinne, who will return to Columbia University and continue to serve on the Commission in a part-time capacity as a technology advisor.
