FCC ends stage 2 auction w/ clearing cost at USD 54.6 bln

The FCC has completed the second stage of its broadcast reverse auction, lowering its clearing cost to USD 54.6 billion, nearly 40 percent lower than the initial target price of USD 86.4 billion. FierceWireless quoted analysts as saying the event is unlikely to end soon.
