FCC imposes USD 10 million fine on malicious robocaller

The FCC has imposed a fine of just USD 10 million on a robocaller it said illegally used caller ID spoofing "with the intent to cause harm." The FCC said the person made thousands of spoofed robocalls targeting specific communities with harmful pre-recorded messages.
