FCC plans USD 1.6 mln fine against Net One

The Federal Communications Commission plans to fine Net One International, a Florida telephone company, USD 1.6 million for allegedly billing consumers for unauthorised charges ("cramming") and late fees even through the customers had already closed their accounts and paid their final bills.
