FCC plans vote on 3.5 GHz auction at September meeting

The FCC has announced plans to release more mid-band spectrum for 5G. Chairman Ajit Pai said the regulator will vote at its meeting 26 September on plans to auction 70 MHz in the 3.5 GHz band in June 2020.
