FCC publishes draft MOU with FTC on net neutrality enforcement

The FCC has released a draft MOU with the FTC on how the two regulators would enforce new rules on net neutrality. Handing enforcement of the consumer protection to the Federal Trade Commission is part of the FCC's plan to reform the net neutrality rules. The FCC is expected to vote on the measures on 14 December.
