FCC says many cheap, free tools available for blocking unwanted calls

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) said there are now a variety of blocking tools for customers, available at no or low cost, and that these are protecting people from illegal and unwanted calls. The findings come from the FCC's 2020 staff report. The commission said it will continue to prioritise the protection of people from scams and unwanted robocalls.
