FFT contests UFC-Que Choisir mobile report

The French Telecom Federation (FFT) has reacted to a recent study by consumer association UFC-Que Choisir by insisting that operators' sustained effort to invest in broadband fixed and mobile networks to maintain a high level of quality of service is not compatible with the continuing decline in operators' revenue. The FTT attacked the study for bias in its methodology, presentation of facts and the conclusions it draws. The operators' group cites a study it conducted last year with Arthur D little which showed that telecom services had fallen by 22 percent since 2006 in the national price
