FiberLight promotes new COO to CEO

After naming him as its new COO in September, FiberLight has now promoted Don MacNeil to the position of CEO for the company, effective immediately. Jim Lynch, FiberLight's CEO for past three years, will become the company's executive chairman, also effective immediately. The company said the latest appointment marks a new stage in its development.
