Fibia declares consumer arbitrator fine for 2018 marketing campaign

Danish operator Fibia said it has acknowledged that a 2018 marketing campaign was in breach of regulations, and has been fined DKK 964,600 by the Consumer Arbitrator. Three local councils sent e-mails to 9,646 members of the public concerning potential establishment of new internet infrastructure. The fine is DKK 100 per message.
