Ficora gains accessibility seal from blind people's group

Finnish telecoms regulator Ficora said its Monitori service has achieved the 'Accessibility considered' seal of the Finnish Federation of the Visually Impaired. Monitori provides comprehensive of information on communications services in Finland. It covers regional availability of TV and radio, postal services and broadband projects.
