Finjan, F-Secure enter licence agreement

Finjan Holdings, a cyber-security licensing company, and F-Secure, an anti-virus, cloud content and computer security Finland-based company, reached a mutually agreed patent licence. The licence also includes an agreement on an exchange of technology that will allow the companies to develop new cyber-security applications. In exchange for a licence from Finjan to F-Secure, Finjan will receive both cash and assignment of two F-Secure patents.
