Finland proposes law to adopt EU NIS directive by May 2018

The Finnish Ministry of Transport and Communication said that on 19 December, the government submitted to parliament a proposal for legislative amendments to improve the information security of services essential to society. The proposal would implement the EU directive on security of network and information systems (NIS).
