Finnish court upholds DNA's complaint over YLE procurement procedure

Monday 25 February 2019 | 12:01 CET | News

DNA had complained in particular that requirements for facilities included in the invitation to tender would in practice only apply to DNA. The Market Court has ruled that the cost of receiver antennas on property cannot be included in the invitation to tender for the contract.
