FiRa Consortium starts UWB certification programme

The FiRa Consortium has announced two milestones for ultra-wideband, the launch of the initial phase of its certification programme aimed at driving interoperability between UWB devices, and the fact that the FiRa Consortium has now passed 100 members. These include all global top handset manufacturers, plus market leaders across semiconductors, networking, secure access, and consumer technology.
