FirstNet loses CEO, names Horowitz as chair

The First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet Authority), responsible for building the US emergency services mobile network, and the US National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) announced that US Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross reappointed Edward Horowitz to the FirstNet board and named him board chair for a two-year term. In addition, FirstNet Authority CEO Mike Poth is stepping down at the end of September to take a position in the private sector
