Fleet management systems in Americas to reach 12 mln by 2018

The installed base of fleet management systems will reach 12 million units in the Americas by 2018, according to a recent study by analyst firm Berg Insight. The number of active fleet management systems deployed in commercial vehicle fleets in North America was 4.0 million by the end of 2013. The market is expected to grow at a CAGR of 15.3 percent to reach 8.1 million units by 2018.
