FNB expects e-commerce transaction volumes to increase by 10% year on year on Black Friday

South Africa's FNB expects e-commerce transaction volumes to increase by 10 percent on Black Friday, according to  Thokozani Dlamini, the CEO of FNB Merchant Services. In 2019, Black Friday weekend transaction volumes on FNB Point of Sale devices grew by 32 percent compared with 2018, and e-Commerce transactions grew by over 30 percent. This year's Black Friday weekend is from 27 to 30 November.
