Former Airtel Kenya employees seek to delay Telkom merger over pending labour dispute case

The Airtel-Telkom Kenya merger is facing opposition from 52 former Airtel employees, which could delay the deal's closure, which had been expected later in August, The Star reported. The ex-employees have written to the Communication Authority of Kenya (CA), asking it to withhold approval of the merger to avoid compromising the chances of their pending case being concluded.
