Four out of ten Italians do not use the internet

Four out of ten people in Italy do not use the internet and fixed broadband penetration ist 22.1 percent of the population, compared with 41.9 percent in Switzerland, first in the list followed by the Netherlands (39.4%), Denmark (38.2%), France (37.8%) and South Korea (37.6%). So says the 2013 State of Broadband Report, produced by the Broadband Commission for Digital Development.
