Foxconn launches Bandott STB, video content service

Foxconn Group, via its consumer electronics online shopping platform, has introduced a service dubbed 'Bandott' in Taiwan. Bandott includes an Android TV 6.0 digital set-top box integrated with video content services, DigiTimes reports. The STB supports 4K video content provided by Iqiyi, CatchPlay, Netflix and myVideo. The STB is offered free of charge, but it is available with a security deposit of TWD 1,400 (approximately USD 44).
