FPT sells 30% stake in mobile phone retail unit FPT Retail

Vietnamese operator FPT has completed the sale of its 30 percent stake in FPT Digital Retail's charter capital, which is equivalent to 6,000,000 shares, to funds managed under and associated with Dragon Capital and VinaCapital. FPT Retail sells mobile phones and accessories, and currently operates 438 stores across Vietnam. Financial details relate to the transaction have not been disclosed.
