France has over 2.3 mln broadband 30+ mbps subscriptions

France had over 2.3 million superfast broadband subscriptions at the end of June, having added 130,000 in the second quarter or 32 percent in a year, according to telecom regulator Arcep. Superfast broadband applies to services with top download speeds of at least 30 Mbps. Within the total, there were 715,000 FttH subscriptions, up by 75,000 in the quarter and by 68 percent in a year; 820,000 other types of subscriptions with peak rates of 100 Mbps or more, including fibre/coax, up by 15,000 in the quarter and by 19 percent in a year; and 810,000 other subscriptions with downloads between 30
