France publishes updated national frequency plan

Monday 18 June 2018 | 12:21 CET | News
French spectrum agency ANFR announced that the latest version of the country's national frequency plan has come into force after receiving the necessary regulatory approvals. The plan has been updated to reflect three revised sections, concerning 3.5 GHz spectrum freed up by the ministry of Home Affairs for future 5G use, Ku band spectrum (11/12/14 GHz) for connectivity services on-board aircraft, as well as the frequencies used with low-power short-range devices, detailed in Annex 7.
