Tuesday 30 April 2013 | 12:20 CET | News
France Telecom-Orange has signed an agreement with trade unions CFDT and FO for 2013 salary increases. The agreement sets a 1.8 percent overall wage increase, including a 1.5 percent general raise, and a 0.3 percent increase corresponding to specific measures for priority areas, notably to support professional development. The agreement's complementary measures cover guaranteed salary increases for lower-paid employees, and measures to support recently recruited young workers, professional equality between men and women, and staff promotions.
