Free Mobile cuts network energy use by switching off 2.6GHz frequencies at night

Iliad subsidiary Free Mobile has been reducing network energy consumption by switching off its 2.6 GHz frequencies between midnight and 05:00 hr. This night-time action, which started in June, is part of Iliad's initiatives to limit the impact of its operations on the environment, which the group detailed at the end of January.
