Freesat to carry BBC broadcast of Olympic Games

UK subscription-free satellite TV service Freesat will provide viewers with full BBC coverage of the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio. It will carry the BBC broadcast of the Games live across eight channels in HD and SD. The broadcasts will be available via the Freesat EPG and the BBC Red Button. Eight live HD streams will be available on Freesat channels 261-268 to viewers with the latest set-top boxes, with a further eight live SD channels available on channels 271-278.
