French alternative operators demand greater access to Orange's fibre infrastructure

An association of over 45 French alternative operators want the country's competition authority to launch a probe into Orange over accusations that the telecom incumbent is abusing its dominant position in the fibre market for business customers, reports Les Echos. The operators are part of AOTA (Association des Operateurs Telecoms Alternatifs), which since its creation in March 2017 has been campaigning for a more favourable regulatory environment and the defence of common commercial interests.
