French consumer group wins court ruling against Apple music service over T&C clauses

French consumer protection association UFC Que Choisir announced that a court in Paris ruled in its favour in a legal case that started four years ago, in which Apple was accused of imposing unfair clauses in the terms and conditions of its iTunes service, now called Apple Music. This is the latest of a number of legal victories, following similar actions brought by the organisation against US tech companies including Facebook and Google.
