French e-commerce sales to reach EUR 100 billion in 2019 – study

French e-commerce sales have continued to achieve double-digit growth in the third quarter and are expected to pass the EUR 100 billion milestone for the whole of 2019, according to the latest estimates published by e-commerce federation Fevad. Third-quarter sales rose 11 percent year-on-year to EUR 24.6 billion, compared to a growth rate of 15 percent reported for Q3 2018, while the volume of transactions progressed by 14 percent to 426 million (+25% in Q3 2018).
