French firms recruiting social networking staff - study

One-third of French companies with a presence on social networks plan to hire staff dedicated to this channel, according to CCM Benchmark. Over half of these businesses expect to hire moderators, website animators and content producers in the next year. Given the growing importance of social community management, 10 percent of these companies, mainly big ones, plan to outsource this function.
