French government receives radio emissions report

The French government has received a report it commissioned from Jean-Francois Girard, a former member of the Council of State, and Philippe Tourelier, a retired National Assembly representative, to recommend how to write the principle of limiting exposure to electromagnetic emissions into law. According to the office of the Prime Minister, the report recommended strengthening information and cooperation at the local level to make phone equipment installation more efficient. It also called on the authorities to consider the impact of future transmitter technologies and to apply greater
